Bi-weekly or monthly personal training. Great if you want help to get started lifting weights, if you want help with form or if you are struggling to get to the gym and make progress by yourself.

The best kind of day there is! I’ll be your handler. We’ll talk about the plan in advance, so we are both well prepared, and you can feel confident our communication on the big day will be on point.
